Macrosynteny blocks are identified using the Pansyn toolkit (Yu et al. 2024). Macrosynteny analysis is performed for deep sea chromosome-level genome and ancestral linkage groups (ALGs) (mainly Patinopecten yessoensis, Branchiostoma floridae and Nematostella vectensis). Users can select different reference ALGs to see the detailed synteny blocks and distribution on chromosomes among deep sea genomes. Furthermore, users can click to download button to obtain macrosynteny dot plots, homologous gene pairs and related gene sequences.
